Sherri final Sherri Harris – Chief Executive Officer
 sherriharris@staffzone.com Sherri Harris is the co-founder and co-owner of Harris Ventures, Inc., Staff Zone’s parent company. When forming Staff Zone, Sherri wanted to create a temporary staffing company that would set itself apart from others, and she succeeded. She then took this brand to a new level when Harris Ventures established Staff Zone. As CEO, Sherri sets the overall direction of Staff Zone. She also guides the company’s growth path by continuously exploring new branch openings and acquisition opportunities. Sherri works closely with the Executive Team to ensure that the company is on track with its visions and goals.
Sam Sam Harris – Chief Operating Officer
 sharris@staffzone.com Sam Harris is the co-founder and co-owner of Harris Ventures, Inc., Staff Zone’s parent company. In his role as COO, Sam works side-by-side with the CEO, Executive Team, and Management Team, leading day-to-day operations that ensure our Best in Class standards of the company are being met on every level, in every branch, every day.  In addition, Sam is the managing partner of Harris Investments Holdings, LLC, our real estate holdings arm which creates long-term location commitments facilitating job stability for our workers.   
Matt President Matt Anderson – Executive Vice President

 manderson@staffzone.com Matt has been with Staff Zone since 2008 and has held various executive positions all vital to our growth and success.  Matt currently focuses on his passion of sales and finance, developing sales platforms, mentoring individuals, and overseeing high-level management of our Best in Class sales force.  His hands-on leadership style ensures the company continues to meet and exceed all company-wide goals.    

Eric C. Coulter, CPA
 e.coulter@cajcpa.com Eric C. Coulter, CPA has served as our CFO since 2004 and has been consulting for the staffing industry for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Masters in Accountancy, in addition to being a Certified Financial Planner and a chartered Financial Consultant. He concentrates on both the short-term results and the long-term financial objectives of Staff Zone, working directly with our CEO and COO to ensure these financial goals are being met.
Costa Final Costa DeLuca – Vice President
 cdeluca@staffzone.com Costa DeLuca’s career in the staffing industry begun in 1994 as a Branch Manager in Charleston, South Carolina.  Costa has served as our company’s Vice-President since 2003.  With over 20 years’ experience, Costa works directly with the President on implementation of sales and operational strategies, as well as our Director of Risk Management, ensuring our stringent safety protocols are being adhered to in all branch locations.  Costa is responsible for all COI’s, controlled insurance programs, and contracts.
Luc Final Luc Turner – Vice President of Quality Assurance
 lturner@staffzone.com  Luc Turner joined Staff Zone as the HR Manager in 2006 and in 2016 became Director of Operations.  In 2019, Luc was named Vice-President of Quality Assurance, concentrating on creating, developing, and implementing new projects & data metric management.   Luc holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University, where he co-authored multiple textbooks and peer reviewed journal articles.
Amanda Amanda Albert – Director of Sales

 aalbert@staffzone.com Amanda Albert began in the staffing industry in 2013 as our Dallas/Fort Worth Sales Manager and made an immediate positive impact in the Texas region.  So much so, that she was promoted to General Manager of Texas in 2014.  In 2015, Amanda spearheaded our Denver, Colorado opening and later that year, was promoted to Director of Sales, her current position.  Amanda travels consistently to all branches and works closely with our General Managers on best sales practices.

 tcolicchio@staffzone.com Tony Colicchio has almost 20 years of Staff Zone experience and is truly a “founding father” of Staff Zone.  Tony originally started as a Branch Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1999.  He was promoted to General Manager of Operations in 2002, responsible for the implementation of all Staff Zone standard operating procedures, and held that position for over 10 years, before being promoted to Director of Growth & Development in 2012. Tony has held many additional positions since 2012, including General Manager and Director of Fleet Management.   As of 2019, Tony is the Director of Operations, where he partners with all field personnel on best operational practices, tracks SOP, and focuses on the financial health of the branches. 

Mark Mark Eady, CSP – Director of Risk Management
 meady@staffzone.com In 2006, Mark Eady joined Staff Zone as our Director of Risk Management. Mark is responsible for safety management, accident claims management, and all company insurance. He travels regularly to our branches and visits jobsites in all of our markets to monitor and promote safety at all sites. A career safety and risk management professional, Mark holds a Certified Safety Professional accreditation and has over 25 years of high-level expertise in a broad range of industries and roles.
Jessica Jessica Carruth –Director of Human Resources
 jcarruth@staffzone.com Jessica Carruth joined the Staff Zone team in 2015 as our Director of Human Resources.  Jessica has over a decade of Human Resource experience in numerous industries, and oversees all HR matters within our company, including employee relations, all compliance, and benefit administration.  Jessica is a proud member of SHRM.
 Sissy Final Sissy DiRoberto – Director of Credit and Collections
 sdiroberto@staffzone.com Sissy DiRoberto started with Staff Zone as our Administrative Assistant in 2007 and developed most administrative procedures still being used today.  In 2015, Sissy was promoted to Credit Manager of Staff Zone and then Director of Credit and Collections.  She now oversees and manages the entire credit and collections department, working daily with our valued clients and branch personnel to ensure all credit policies and procedures are being adhered to and collections are current.
